Our confidential client is currently seeking a PI Attorney, with asbestos litigation experience highly preferred. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team in a trusted role with room to grow professionally.

• Open to in-office, relocation support, or remote work for a highly reputable and outstanding candidate with asbestos litigation expertise

• Manage all phases of personal injury litigation, with a strong focus on asbestos-related cases
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Handle depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Develop case strategies and provide counsel to clients throughout the litigation process
• Collaborate with internal legal teams and support staff to ensure case efficiency

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing of the Florida Bar
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation abilities
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with strong organizational skills
