Role DescriptionThis is a contract role for an Immigration Attorney, located in Miami, FL with a hybrid working arrangement that includes some remote work flexibility. The Immigration Attorney will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing immigration issues, handling visa applications, providing expertise in immigration law and legal issues, and supporting clients through various immigration processes. The attorney will work closely with clients to ensure compliance and successful immigration outcomes.

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and state bar admission
- Expertise in immigration issues, visas, and immigration law
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in corporate immigration law is a plus
