• Travel to various locations such as clients' homes, offices, hospitals, or other designated places to facilitate the signing of documents that require notarization.
• Verify identities, witness signatures, certify documents, ensure compliance, maintain records, and provide expertise for legal documents including real estate transactions, wills, powers of attorney, loan documents, and other agreements.

• Must be a U.S. citizen and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a Notary Public commission.
• Essential qualities include legal knowledge, technical proficiency, communication skills, and professionalism.

• Insights from prior work in legal or financial fields and customer service skills to enhance client interactions.
• Proficiency in multiple languages for effective communication, mastery of notarization technology for efficiency, and legal or paralegal knowledge for deeper document understanding.
• Good reviews from previous clients demonstrate professionalism and reliability.

$125.00–$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
