Labor & Employment Attorney - 100% Remote in California

• Hire of a litigator with 1+ years of experience, ideally in employment litigation but open to other experienced attorneys who want to move into a new area of law.
• Aggressively litigate issues related to wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and unpaid wages.
• Litigate cases from inception to trial.

• Experience litigating cases from inception to trial
• Familiarity with California employment law is preferred
• Admission to practice law in California
• Desire to advocate for persecuted and disadvantaged people
• Ability to work with clients enduring stressful circumstances and recovering from trauma
• Strong writing ability

• Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr
