Immediate opening for a Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of Insurance Defense and/or Workers' Compensation Defense Litigation experience for highly respected, multi-state litigation firm. This is a fantastic opportunity that does not require a portable book of business! Even better, this law firm will be offering a hybrid schedule that offers attorneys the ability to work remotely from home part of the week!

Must: be licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and have 5+ years of insurance defense or workers' comp litigation experience!

Ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted to the Wisconsin bar, and a proven track record in:

• Insurance Defense and/or Workers' Compensation Defense litigation
• Prior experience handing a file from beginning to end
• A self-starter capable of handling a full case load
• Experience handling mediations and taking depositions
• Embracing and developing client relationships
• Ability to frequently and directly communicate with clients
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Accurately report time
