We specialize in facilitating on-the-go notarial services, ensuring accessibility and reliability. Currently, we seek a Remote Legal Document Notary to join our team.
Responsibilities:Utilize technology such as video conferencing to remotely notarize legal documents, including real estate transactions, wills, powers of attorney, and loan documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, travel to various locations, such as clients' homes, offices, hospitals, or other designated places, to facilitate notarization. Verify identities, witness signatures, and ensure proper document execution in accordance with legal requirements.
Qualifications/Skills:
- MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.
- Notary Public commission.
- Additional training and certification may be necessary for Mobile Notary Signing Agents, covering notarial procedures, document handling, and legal requirements specific to mobile notarization.
- Completion of training specific to mobile notary services is beneficial, covering topics such as client interaction, document handling, and legal requirements.
- Liability insurance is recommended for added legal protection.
- Essential qualities include legal knowledge, technical proficiency, communication skills, and professionalism.
High-speed Internet connection. Dependable computer with camera and microphone. Home office set-up. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
Payment:$125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
