Our client, a renowned Civil Litigation Defense firm that specializes in Insurance Defense, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team in Concord, CA.
This is a hybrid role. You will be able to work from home with occasional travel to the office to meet with other team members for case strategies, etc.
Our firm represents a diverse portfolio of domestic and international insurance carriers, as well as high-profile private clients, across a broad range of complex legal matters. We are seeking motivated associates to join our team and work alongside experienced lead attorneys on all phases of litigation.

What You ll Do- Assist in rapid response investigations following catastrophic events
- Contribute to case evaluation and strategic reporting
- Participate in discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
- Engage in hands-on litigation with a focus on strategic thinking to meet client objectives
- Business Litigation (RICO)
