Associate Attorney, Litigation

Overview

RealREPP, a full service recruiting firm, is partnering with a NATIONAL legal firm that specializes in Civil Litigation Defense and is seeking Associate Attorneys to work REMOTE in Connecticut.

The ideal candidate has experience drafting legal documents such as pleadings and legal memoranda, strong organizational skills, and is willing to take on a heavy workload. This position involves a broad range of responsibilities and exposure to issues related to consumer protection, including transactional and civil litigation matters.

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

• Draft legal documents such as pleadings and memoranda.
• Manage a heavy workload with strong organizational skills.
• Work on issues related to consumer protection in transactional and civil litigation matters.
• Appear in local country courts as needed (remote position).

• Must be currently admitted to practice law in Connecticut (multi-state admission is a plus).
• Must currently reside in Connecticut.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm in litigation.
• Superior organizational & time-management skills to meet strict deadlines.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Highest ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior management and employees at all levels.
• Strong legal research skills; proficiency in Lexis Nexis is a plus.

• Base salary: $80,000 - $90,000 (DOE)
