Overview

Immediate opening for a Litigation Attorney with at least 5+ years of Insurance Defense Litigation experience for a highly respected, multi-state litigation firm. This position is for the firm's office in Farmington Hills. This is a fantastic opportunity that does not require a portable book of business and offers a hybrid schedule that allows remote work part of the week.

Must be licensed to practice law in Michigan and have 5+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.

Ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted to the Michigan bar, and have a proven track record in:

• Insurance Defense litigation;
• Prior experience handing a file from beginning to end;
• A self-starter capable of handling a full case load;
• Experience handling mediations and taking depositions;
• Embracing and developing client relationships;
• Ability to frequently and directly communicate with clients;
• Excellent verbal and written skills; and
• Accurately report time.

Book of business appreciated but not required!

Salary commensurate with experience, as well as portable business.
