Key Responsibilities- Independently manage a caseload of civil litigation matters
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
- Conduct remote depositions, mediations, and court appearances
- Collaborate with clients and insurance carriers to develop effective defense strategies
- Provide timely case updates and ensure compliance with reporting guidelines
- Juris Doctor and active license to practice law in Arizona
- 3+ years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in insurance defense
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Comfortable with remote work and case management systems
- Ability to handle cases independently with minimal supervision
Location:
Arizona (Remote)
Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year
