Overview

Remote Insurance Defense Attorney – licensed in Arizona. This is a fully remote role with a mid-sized, boutique litigation firm known for its client-focused approach and deep expertise in insurance-related matters.

• Independently manage a caseload of civil litigation matters
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
• Conduct remote depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Collaborate with clients and insurance carriers to develop effective defense strategies
• Provide timely case updates and ensure compliance with reporting guidelines

• Juris Doctor and active license to practice law in Arizona
• 3+ years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in insurance defense
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
• Comfortable with remote work and case management systems
• Ability to handle cases independently with minimal supervision

Location:

Arizona (Remote)

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year
