Responsibilities- Litigate cases related to wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and unpaid wages.
- Manage cases from inception through trial.
- Advocate for workers who are victims of unfair employment practices.
- Experience litigating cases from inception to trial.
- Familiarity with California employment law is preferred.
- Admission to practice law in California.
- Desire to advocate for persecuted and disadvantaged people.
- Ability to work with clients enduring stressful circumstances and recovering from trauma.
- Strong writing ability.
