Overview
Insurance Defense Attorney - Hybrid or Remote. Open to in-office, hybrid, or remote work arrangements. Location preference in the Phoenix area (Scottsdale/Phoenix).
Responsibilities- Handle motion practice and discovery disputes.
- Conduct depositions and make court appearances.
- Prepare for and participate in trials.
- Provide clear, persuasive oral advocacy and strong written communications.
- JD degree from an ABA-approved law school.
- Active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.
- Litigation experience in general business or insurance defense is preferred but not required.
Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr. Compensation commensurate with experience. Benefits are provided, with a collaborative firm environment.
