Quarles & Brady LLP, an Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking a skilled mid- to senior-level attorney (Associate or Senior Counsel) to join our Business Law team. This role offers flexibility in both schedule and structure—including full-time or part-time options, remote work arrangements, and partner-track and non-partner-track opportunities.
The ideal candidate will focus on business and commercial law, with a strong emphasis on commercial contracts. Responsibilities include reviewing, drafting, revising, and negotiating sophisticated agreements, including supply agreements and other complex commercial documents. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage intricate commercial matters efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business law and commercial contract review.
- Demonstrated ability to draft, review, revise, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent organizational, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and business professionals across multiple markets.
- Prior in-house counsel experience is a plus, but not required.
