We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with a solid background in immigration law to join our team. In this role, you will handle a diverse caseload, including representing clients in EOIR proceedings and working with USCIS on various petitions and applications. This position offers the perfect blend of in-office engagement and remote work flexibility, allowing you to balance collaboration with personal work preferences.

• Represent clients in immigration proceedings before EOIR, including hearings, motions, and appeals.
• Prepare and file applications, petitions, and responses with USCIS.
• Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice on complex immigration issues.
• Work closely with clients to gather evidence, prepare case documentation, and strategize legal approaches.
• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and ensure comprehensive client support.

• Active license to practice law (any state)
• Experience in immigration law
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish a plus.
