• Advise and defend clients in workers' compensation matters for a boutique litigation firm.
• Manage cases with focus on minimizing exposure and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
• Maintain required billable hours and participate in depositions, primarily via Zoom (most work in LA County; local venue assignments).
• Support Nor Cal expansion efforts as needed.
• Work remotely (must be located in the state of California).

• At least one year of experience in Workers’ Compensation Defense.
• Strong communication and client service skills; ability to work independently in a remote setting.
