100% REMOTE Contract to Hire Entry Level Attorney / Pre-Litigation Attorney needed for a growing firm. This role is based in and licensed in California.

$40.00/hr - $45.00/hr

• An hourly rate of $40-45/hr
• $300 to $3,000 per month in commissions
• Medical, dental and vision coverage

• Work from home / remote 100%
• Conversion to a permanent direct-hire role after 3 months

As an Employment Law Attorney / Pre-Litigation Associate on our team, we are looking for:

• CA Bar license
• CA residence
• Willingness to work on a contract for 3 months before conversion to a permanent, direct hire role
• Willingness to perform pre-litigation work on the negotiation team to communicate with opposing counsel to assess case status and explore negotiations or mediations
