This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Litigation Attorney at Olsen & Brueggemann, APC. The role involves preparing legal motions, representing clients in courts, assisting in trials and/or trial preparation, conducting depositions, and providing general legal counsel. While the role is primarily based in Manhattan Beach, CA, some remote work is allowed.

• Prepare legal motions and other filings
• Represent clients in court and assist in trials and trial preparation
• Conduct depositions
• Provide general legal counsel as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues on civil litigation matters

• Law, Trials, and Motions experience
• Knowledge of court procedures and rules
• Experience in conducting depositions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Admission to the California State Bar
• Experience in Civil Litigation is a plus
