Overview

Remote Associate Attorney position with a national legal firm that specializes in Civil Litigation Defense. The role is located in Connecticut and involves handling consumer protection matters, including transactional and civil litigation. Remote work with appearances in local courts as needed.

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

• Draft legal documents such as pleadings and legal memoranda.
• Maintain strong organizational skills and manage a heavy workload.
• Work on consumer protection, transactional, and civil litigation matters.
• Appear in local country courts as needed.

• Must be admitted to practice law in Connecticut (multi-state admission is a plus) and reside in Connecticut
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant litigation experience
• Superior organizational & time-management skills
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Highest ethical standards and professional integrity
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior management and staff
• Strong legal research skills;
  Lexis Nexis proficiency a plus

• Base salary $80,000 - $90,000 (DOE)
