Must have wage practice law experience as a paralegal!!
Responsibilities- Assist in drafting and reviewing wage law compliance documents.
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
- Conduct legal research on wage law regulations and updates.
- Monitor changes in wage law and advise the team accordingly.
- Prepare case files and organize documentation for legal proceedings.
- Collaborate with attorneys to develop strategies for wage law cases.
- Support the team in achieving performance targets and metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of case progress and deadlines.
- Communicate with clients regarding case updates and requirements.
- Engage in team meetings to discuss case strategies and updates.
- Assist in preparing for depositions and court appearances.
- Utilize technology to streamline legal processes and documentation.
- Experience in wage law compliance and legal documentation.
- Must have 5 years of wage practice experience
- Strong research skills for analyzing wage law regulations.
- Eagerness to engage in professional development opportunities.
- Track record of achieving performance targets in a team environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and team members.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and updates.
- Ability to monitor and advise on changes in wage law.
- Proficiency in utilizing legal technology for documentation.
- Strong organizational skills for managing case files and deadlines.
- Experience in preparing for depositions and court appearances.
Hybrid 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
