We are seeking a talented Civil Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience to manage and litigate cases from inception through trial in both state and federal court. The right candidate will be organized, efficient, and confident in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Draft, review, and file complaints
- Prepare and respond to pleadings
- Conduct and manage discovery
- Attend hearings, depositions, and court appearances
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients
- Handle cases from intake through trial or resolution
- ✔ Highly organized and detail-oriented
- ✔ A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- ✔ Reliable, proactive, and solutions-driven
- ✔ Able to multitask and manage deadlines
- ✔ Professional, courteous, and client-focused
- ✔ A collaborative team player with strong work ethic
5+ years litigation experience required
Personal Injury background strongly preferred
Approximately 95% PI litigation caseload; 5% general civil litigation
