• Draft and file legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
• Correspond with attorneys, court personnel, and clients.
• Interview witnesses and prepare them for testimony.
• Appear in court for all assigned cases and manage case files.
• Conduct legal research on family law matters.

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Tennessee license required.
• Family law experience preferred.
• Five or more years of litigation experience qualifies for Senior Associate positions.

• Competitive base salary ($90,000–$120,000) + discretionary bonuses.
