We are seeking a skilled Patent Agent with 2-4 years of patent prosecution experience to join a growing and collaborative legal team. This role offers a chance to work on diverse matters, including patent prosecution, portfolio counseling, infringement and invalidity opinions, and due diligence.
Key Highlights- Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 + origination bonuses.
- Work Model:
Fully remote (anywhere in the U.S.) or hybrid options available in New York City or Tampa, Florida. - Technical Expertise:
Life Sciences or Molecular Biology required;
Ph.D. preferred. - Qualifications:
Must be USPTO-registered with demonstrated knowledge of USPTO rules and procedures.
