• Advise established and emerging fund sponsors on fund formation and governance.

• Draft and negotiate partnership agreements, offering documents, and advisory agreements.
• Guide clients on ongoing regulatory compliance and operations of private investment funds.
• Work closely with partners and clients on structuring and marketing strategies.
