Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP seeks an attorney to join its labor and employment team as a non-partnership track salaried attorney in its Washington, DC office. An attorney in this position will be benefits-eligible and will generally have an expected billable hour goal of  hours. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of employment litigation and counseling experience. A successful candidate will have extensive litigation experience;

be capable of running and managing cases, communicating, and negotiating with opposing counsel, arguing motions in court; have strong analytical, research and writing skills; and be comfortable advising clients directly and managing deadlines and case dockets. Experience with traditional labor and labor management relations is a plus. Telecommuting arrangements may be considered from a home office in Washington, DC;
Virginia; or Maryland. Licensure in the jurisdiction of the home office is required. DC bar membership is preferred but, in any event, required within one year of commencing employment. EEO/drug‑free workplace/E-Verify participant/Veteran/Disability.

At the time of posting, the expected salary range for this position is $150,000 to $250,000. Actual salary offers may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to, education, training, skill sets, licensure and certification, practice area, experience, internal equity, and market data.
