Senior Property Lawyer

What do we need?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Lawyer to join our Residential Property team, here at Jackson Lees Group. You’ll provide a one-stop conveyancing service to our clients and referrers, ensuring a high quality of service and compliance with all regulatory and firm-wide procedures.

• Manage and control conduct of files from inception to completion
• Ensure clients obtain good and marketable title to property
• Communicate regularly and effectively with clients
• Review and process mortgage offers
• Supervise paralegals and assistants
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements
• Uphold the firm’s CQS accreditation standards
• Maintain individual competence and contribute to a positive team environment

• Recognised legal qualification or substantiated experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proven ability to manage own caseload and work with volume conveyancing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible, adaptable, and organised approach
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team player
• Commitment to confidentiality and professional standards
• SRA, CLC, or CILEx qualification
