100% REMOTE Contract to Hire Entry Level Attorney / Associate Attorney, Pre‑Litigation

Jobot Consulting, hosted by Reed Kellick, is looking for a fully remote contract‑to‑hire Entry‑Level Attorney to join an expanding employment law firm in California.

• Communicate with opposing counsel to assess case status and explore negotiation or mediation opportunities.

• Hourly rate of $40–$45/hr
• Expected commission of $2,000+ per month

• Conversion to a permanent/direct‑hire role after 3 months

• California Bar license
• California residence
• Willingness to work a 3‑month contract before potential permanent hire
