• Manage and oversee a caseload of employment litigation cases from initiation through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, while representing clients in court or alternative dispute resolution forums such as mediation.
• Conduct in‑depth legal research on commercial litigation issues, analyzing case law, statutes, and regulations pertinent to your cases, and providing strategic insights to clients.
• Maintain strong, proactive communication with clients, keeping them informed on the status of their cases and advising them on legal developments that impact their business interests.

• 7+ years of experience in employment litigation
• Must be admitted to practice law in CA
