Legal Analyst - Specialty Lending​/Real Estate; Remote

• Review loan documentation to ensure compliance with credit approval and regulatory requirements
• Conduct due diligence and respond to inquiries within established time frames
• Manage a large workload and shifting priorities to meet deal timelines
• Conduct legal research and assist attorneys on various projects as needed
• Organize and maintain legal files in accordance with retention policies

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant paralegal experience in financial institutions or legal departments
• Associate's Degree required;
  Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Detailed knowledge of syndicated and securitized lending transactions
• Excellent legal research skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal databases
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail

• Certified Paralegal Certification from an accredited program
• Experience working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with anti-money laundering regulations and compliance
