Adams & Martin Group is a reputable boutique firm in Colorado looking for an experienced Associate Litigation Attorney. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse legal matters in a hybrid work environment (4 days WFH/week). The firm seeks a dynamic attorney with a strong litigation background who can manage cases independently while working effectively within a team.
Base pay range: $52.88/hr - $72.12/hr.

- Case Management: Independently manage litigation matters from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Court Representation: Appear and advocate in Colorado state and federal courts for hearings, trials, and other proceedings.
- Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research on statutes, case law, and regulations relevant to business, commercial, real estate, employment, and school law.
- Client Communication: Maintain strong client relationships by providing timely updates, strategic advice, and clear communication.
- Negotiation & Settlement: Engage in negotiations and settlement discussions to resolve disputes efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with partners and team members on complex cases while demonstrating the ability to handle assignments independently.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure adherence to professional and ethical standards in all aspects of legal practice.
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensure: Licensed and in good standing with the Colorado State Bar.
- Experience: 2-7 years of litigation experience, preferably in business/commercial, real estate, employment, or school law.

Proven track record litigating in Colorado state and federal courts. - Skills: Strong written and oral advocacy skills; excellent legal research and analytical abilities; ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently; detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Full‑time position, with flexible work arrangements allowing for remote work, requiring only one day per week in the office.

SalaryThe salary range for this position is $110,000–$150,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This is a temp‑to‑hire opportunity.
