Associate Attorney Civil Litigation

The firm is expanding and hiring for multiple attorney positions within its Civil Litigation as well as the Estate Administration/Litigation department.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a solid background in litigation who are eager to continue developing their skills in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. The firm is open to training the right candidate in either practice area, depending on interest and experience.

• Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, and develop case strategies
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions
• Collaborate closely with other attorneys and support staff within the firm
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain long-term client relationships

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active Virginia Bar membership (in good standing)
• Strong background in litigation required (civil, commercial, or related areas)
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
• Desire to work in a collegial, team-oriented setting

• Salary range: $120,000 – $150,000+, depending on experience
• Incentive bonuses based on performance
• Hybrid schedule: primarily in-person in Fairfax, with remote work on Mondays
