Sexual Abuse Litigation Paralegal (California) — Remote / Hybrid / On-site

We represent survivors of sexual abuse and sexual assault nationwide. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build a case engine designed for trial-ready standards and a survivor-centered, trauma-informed approach.

This role requires at least 3 years of sexual abuse/sexual assault litigation paralegal experience and true end-to-end ownership across pre-litigation, litigation, settlement, and trial preparation.

About Us

In November 2025, we launched a mission-driven plaintiff firm built for one purpose: delivering the highest level of representation to survivors nationwide. One founder is widely recognized for elite civil trial excellence, with career results cumulatively exceeding $15 billion in verdicts. Our goal is simple: become the national leader in this space.

Work Location & Travel

Remote is available for candidates residing in California. Hybrid/on-site arrangements may be available depending on candidate needs and operational requirements. Travel may be required for major case events.

  • Build demand/settlement packages with strong evidence organization
  • Coordinate with attorneys, client advocates, and investigators to keep cases moving
  • Communicate professionally and trauma-informed with clients as needed
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and boundaries

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
