Position: Senior Corporate Solicitor - Fully Remote (Permanent)
My client is recruiting for an experienced Corporate Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join their team on a fully remote basis.

This is a rare opportunity to handle high-quality work in a supportive and collaborative environment without the need for office attendance.

The Role

As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be instrumental in supporting the continued growth of the firm’s corporate practice. You will manage a broad caseload, including:

• Share and asset disposals and acquisitions

• Shareholder agreements

• Partnership and LLP agreements

• Commercial contracts

• Bank funding matters

You will also play a key role in building relationships with clients and introducers, providing clear, practical, and commercially astute advice.

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years’ PQE in corporate law

• Confidence in managing a varied caseload and working autonomously

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex matters clearly

• Entrepreneurial drive and an interest in contributing to the growth of the corporate department

• Professional, approachable, and client-focused
