Conveyancing Executive – Title Review (Remote)

💷 £35k+ (DOE)

We’re partnering with a leading, expanding conveyancing business to recruit a Conveyancing Executive – Title Review (also known internally as a Title Checker) to support their increasing caseload.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a people-focused firm that invests in its team, offering clear progression routes and ongoing support for CPD and specialist legal qualifications.

🔍 The Role

• Review registered and unregistered title documentation

• Identify restrictions, charges, and discrepancies

• Prepare clear title reports for fee earners and legal teams

• Liaise with solicitors, lenders, and internal teams to resolve title queries

• Support the smooth progression of residential property transactions

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience in a conveyancing or title review role

• Strong knowledge of Land Registry titles and property law

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Experience with case management systems (volume environment desirable)
