Are you a talented and dedicated attorney seeking to join a prestigious law firm in the Central Valley with a broad client base? Mordaunt Roundy Reihl & Jimerson is looking for motivated attorneys to handle cases across all of our practice areas. We represent major national retailers, local governments and agencies, hospitals, medical practitioners and more, defending our clients in complex cases with millions of dollars at stake.

Practice Areas Include:

• Premises Liability Defense:
  Represent national retail clients and property owners in injury claims involving unsafe premises and maintenance issues.
• Medical Malpractice Defense:
  Protect physicians, hospitals, and healthcare specialists in a variety of claims.
• Public Entity Defense:
  Defend government agencies and public entities in tort litigation and liability matters.
• Personal Injury:
  Litigate accident and injury cases on behalf of individuals and businesses.
• Civil Litigation:
  Litigate both state and federal cases, including on appeal, across various practice areas.

Qualifications:

• Client-focused approach with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Defense experience is desirable but not required.
• Prior law and motion and deposition experience is preferred but not required.
• Training and mentoring will be provided to qualified candidates.
• Candidates must be currently licensed by the California State Bar and graduates of an ABA accredited law school.
