Associate Attorney – Transportation Litigation (Dallas/Plano, TX)

A growing multi-state law firm is opening a new Texas office based in Dallas and is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Transportation Litigation practice. This position is based out of the firm’s Dallas office, located in Plano, TX.

The Associate Attorney will handle all aspects of commercial transportation and automobile litigation, with immediate hands‑on responsibility and direct guidance from a supervising partner. The firm handles transportation litigation statewide in Texas and anticipates expanding into additional practice areas in the coming years.

• 2–3 years of experience in transportation and/or personal injury litigation
• Experience with depositions, hearings, vehicle inspections, and witness interviews is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent work ethic and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

• Hybrid or fully remote work arrangement available, depending on circumstances
• Flat‑fee matters, allowing attorneys to block bill time and avoid traditional, time‑consuming billing entry requirements common at defense firms
• Immediate, substantive experience handling cases from inception through resolution
• Direct mentorship and supervision by a partner

• Base salary range: $100,000–$140,000 per year, depending on experience
• Annual bonus program based on a lockstep tier structure, factoring in total hours, performance, and contributions to the firm
