Legal Recruiter | Business Solutions Manager @ Adams & Martin GroupAdams & Martin Group has partnered with a reputable law firm to identify a Paralegal for their Larkspur office. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity offering a hybrid schedule (two weeks onsite for training, then three days in office and two days remote). The Paralegal will provide litigation support to attorneys handling insurance subrogation and products liability matters. The role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who can manage large caseloads, handle filings across multiple California counties, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Attorney & Litigation Support
- Assist attorneys with active litigation caseloads in insurance subrogation and products liability
- Prepare and file complaints, motions, and other pleadings
- Draft and send notices of claims, inspections, and examinations
Document Preparation & Filing
- Draft, format, and finalize pleadings, reports, and correspondence
- Perform e‑filing and physical filing in California state and federal courts, and occasionally in other states
- Ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines
Case & File Management
- Organize electronic and paper files
- Enter court dates and deadlines into electronic calendaring systems
- Compile damage summaries and demand packets
Scheduling & Calendar Management
- Coordinate hearings, depositions, and meetings
- Maintain calendars for multiple attorneys
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with attorneys and staff to support efficient case management
- Contribute to team projects and assist with additional tasks as needed
- At least 2-3 years of litigation experience, including familiarity with court filings in multiple California counties
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with strong initiative
- Ability to manage large caseloads and meet deadlines
- Candidates should live within one hour of the office (SF or North Bay preferred)
- Certification not required
- Hybrid schedule: two weeks onsite for training, then three days in office and two remote (flexible days)
