Corporate Securities Mid-Level Associate

Practice Area: Securities & Capital Markets

Location: Denver, CO

Compensation: $260,000 to $390,000 annually

Position Overview: A leading international law firm with a reputation for excellence is seeking a mid-level Corporate & Securities Associate for its thriving Denver office. We are looking for an attorney with at least three years of experience in public company representation to join a collaborative team dedicated to client service and mutual respect.

Responsibilities: The associate will join a dynamic business group focused on a range of sophisticated corporate matters. The core of the practice involves advising public companies on SEC reporting and compliance, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance issues. The role will also include handling corporate, governance, and transactional matters for private companies across various industries.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of three years of experience in public company reporting, capital markets, and/or corporate governance.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
• Admission to the Colorado State Bar (or eligibility for admission).
