Growing Law Firm in Miami, Florida has a need for a Sr Attorney. This can be hybrid/remote with a full benefits package including no cost to employee healthcare coverage. We are currently seeking a talented Senior Attorney to join Kosmos, a leading law firm in the industry. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing legal expertise and guidance to our clients.

You will be involved in a variety of challenging projects, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, litigation, and protecting the best interests of our clients. • Provide expert legal advice and support to clients on various matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address legal issues and provide solutions.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting clients  industries.
• Manage and prioritize multiple legal projects effectively and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, ideally in commercial litigation.
• Strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
