Attorney​/Patent Agent

Finch & Maloney PLLC is currently seeking lateral associates or agents with electrical engineering, computer science, and physics degrees for its patent prosecution practice in Manchester, New Hampshire. All positions require excellent writing ability, attention to detail, USPTO registration, state bar (for attorneys), and a minimum of 3 years of patent prosecution experience. Candidates with pre-law engineering work experience are preferred.

Experience in semiconductor processes, or hardware and software design is a major plus. Remote work arrangements available for the right candidates - join us to work with experienced practitioners and exciting technology in a client-focused and collegial environment.
