Base Pay Range

- Provide Legal Counsel on Real Estate Transactions: Advise clients on acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, and development of commercial properties, including joint ventures and investment structures.
- Draft, Review, and Negotiate Transaction Documents: Prepare and negotiate purchase/sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, and related contracts.
- Conduct Due Diligence and Manage Closings: Oversee title, zoning, environmental, and financial due diligence; coordinate closings for complex transactions.
- Advise Clients on Compliance and
Risk Management:
Monitor New Jersey and federal regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Up to $200K base salary.
- Performance‑related bonus.
