Litigation Practice Assistant | Miami, FL | Hybrid (after initial onsite period)A nationally recognized law firm with a strong presence in Miami is seeking an experienced Litigation Practice Assistant to join its team. The role supports a shareholder and several associates handling complex commercial and government litigation matters. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and skilled in managing high-level litigation tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to attorneys
- Manage calendars, deadlines, and case-related documentation
- Assist with filings, trial preparation, and coordination of litigation activities
- Adapt to supporting both senior and junior attorneys in a fast-paced environment
- 5+ years of litigation support experience; complex commercial or government litigation preferred
- Strong initiative and ability to anticipate needs
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fully onsite for the first 60–90 days (evaluations at 45 and 90 days)
- Hybrid schedule after evaluation: work from home Mondays and Fridays
- Compensation in the $70K-$95K
range, depending on experience
