Litigation Attorney – Bloomington (Remote, except court)
Location: Bloomington, IL
Salary: $ – $ per year
About the Firm: O'Flaherty Law Group is a rapidly growing firm with a dynamic team of attorneys and paralegals. Practice areas include family law, probate, guardianship, estate planning, business representation, civil litigation, landlord/tenant, criminal defense, and immigration.
Responsibilities- Practice family law and civil litigation in Central Illinois.
- Appear in court as required.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and provide mentorship to junior staff.
- At least 3 years of experience in civil litigation and/or family law.
- Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
- Strong client communication and case management skills.
- Starting pay: $100,000–$150,000 based on experience and production.
- Employer covers 50% of health insurance premiums.
- 3% 401(k) employer contribution after the first year.
- 15 days of paid time off.
- Remote work (except for court appearances).
- Flexible schedule.
Monday–Friday (flexible hours; performance-based bonuses available)
