Labor & Employment Litigation Associate

Our client, a prominent law firm, is seeking a motivated associate attorney to join its Labor and Employment Law Practice Group in the Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have experience in employment litigation, particularly in single-plaintiff cases, and must possess excellent writing skills. Experience with PAGA and class action matters is a plus, though not required.

The compensation range for associates is $140,000 to $215,000, depending on years of practice and experience, with eligibility for annual performance-based bonuses.

The firm offers a hybrid work arrangement and provides an annual telecommute budget to support remote work. The billable hour requirement is 1850 hours. Attorneys receive competitive health insurance benefits, a 401(k) plan with partial matching, and may qualify for both discretionary and billable hour bonuses.
