What You'll Do

• Investigate wage and hour claims under Washington law
• Draft PAGA notices, complaints, motions, and discovery
• Argue motions and appear in court
• Prepare for and take depositions
• Supervise case progress and support staff
• Conduct legal research using platforms like Lexis Nexis

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience in wage and hour or class action litigation
• Skill in managing discovery and drafting litigation documents independently
• Courtroom experience, including motion work
• Comfort using modern legal tools like Lawyaw and Google Workspace
• Strong writing, organization, and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $125,000 to $200,000, DOE
• Annual performance-based bonuses starting in year two
• 401(k) with employer contributions

• Training in San Diego

Schedule

• Full-time:
  Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• No nights or weekends

Salary Range: $125,000 - $200,000
