What You’ll Do:

• Handle landlord-tenant disputes and eviction cases (unlawful detainer) from intake to trial
• Navigate complex regulatory issues including rent control and foreclosure statutes
• Manage a caseload independently while working closely with a supportive team
• Optional work in real estate litigation or transactional law
• Maintain direct client contact and represent clients in court

Ideal Candidates:

• Confident associate litigators with a passion for landlord-tenant law
• Attorneys with experience in unlawful detainer, lender defense, or real estate litigation
• Professionals who work well independently and enjoy a collegial environment
• California Bar members in good standing

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $130,000 – $160,000
• Total Potential Income:
  Up to $200,000 with bonuses and commissions
