Corporate Associate – Hybrid from CT or Remote

We are seeking an associate to join our corporate and transactional practice. Candidates must have two to six years of general corporate and transactional experience in a law firm setting, including experience with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, financing transactions, joint ventures and drafting and negotiating transaction documents. Candidates must be self-starters and must be able to manage due diligence investigations and work as a member of a team on complex transactions.

Top academic credentials and excellent written and interpersonal skills are required. Although we would prefer a candidate to work in one of our Connecticut offices, with the ability to work two days per week remotely, we are flexible and will consider strong applicants who prefer to work remotely.
