$150,000 – $180,000 per year

Our team handles high‑stakes, high‑profile cases in insurance defense, general liability, product liability, professional liability, coverage disputes, and more. • Defend clients in a wide variety of insurance matters coverage disputes, bad faith claims, product liability, general liability, etc.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, motions, and discovery; take and defend depositions.
• Manage your caseload from intake through trial or resolution. Strategize case directions in consultation with senior partners.

Handle litigation in both state and federal courts across Texas.

Negotiate settlements, work with experts, prepare for mediation or arbitration, and see cases through trial when needed.

Mentor more junior attorneys or associates (if you bring that level of experience).

• Admitted to practice in Texas.
• 5–10+ years of experience defending insurance matters, in litigation and trial settings.
• Excel at legal writing, motion practice, negotiation, and courtroom presence.
• Like working in a collaborative but high‑standards environment; balance independence with teamwork.
• Scalable able to manage multiple cases with shifting priorities.
