Salary $100,000 - $140,000 per year.

We're seeking an associate to work in a collaborative environment with partners and senior attorneys on business and real estate matters. This position offers the opportunity to grow your knowledge base by actively participating in complex transactions and frequently interact with business owners and high-net-worth individuals. Responsibilities and Duties Include
*** Must be a member in good standing of the California State Bar to be considered for this role***

• 2-3 years in real estate or transactional real estate or corporate transactional (real estate experience is a plus)
• Forming and maintaining business entities and advising and strategizing with clients on potential opportunities
• Advising clients regarding corporate governance, tax, and business succession planning
• Representing clients in Commercial acquisitions, financings, Leasing, and commercial real estate transactions
• Drafting and negotiating various agreements

• J.D. from an accredited law school; a member in good standing of the California State Bar
• Strong drafting skills
• Highly team-oriented
• Prior knowledge and experience in the areas of corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, real estate, commercial real estate, lending and financing, tax, or succession planning is preferred but not required
