Litigation Staff Attorney (Remote – Tennessee)
Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Staff Attorney to join their innovative virtual law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator who thrives in a collaborative environment while managing cases independently.
About the Role- Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Argue motions and attend hearings in Tennessee courts
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff in a virtual environment
- Uphold high professional and client-service standards
- Trial experience
- Business litigation
- Active Tennessee law license in good standing
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
- Organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working remotely
- MUST BE ACTIVELY PRACTICING CIVIL LITIGATION IN MIDDLE TENNESSEE
