The Charlotte office of Akerman LLP seeks a Litigation Attorney with 9+ years of commercial litigation experience. Federal and state court and/or clerkship experience is preferred. Qualified candidates must have experience in all aspects of trial preparation, the ability to work independently and manage cases, and excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of the North Carolina State Bar.
Hybrid and remote work arrangements are also available for candidates residing elsewhere in North Carolina.
